To initiate a refund request, please follow the steps below.
Digital Subscription Products (e.g., GenZone.ai Premium Plans)
If you stop using GenZone.ai but forget to unsubscribe from your GenZone.ai subscription, we may, at our discretion, consider a refund for your latest subscription payment, provided that you have not used any of the subscription's credits, features, or generated/modified any content since that latest payment was completed. Subscription fees are generally non - refundable once the subscription period has begun and services have been made available or used, except as required by applicable law (including your statutory cancellation rights if applicable, e.g., within 14 days for EU consumers if services have not commenced with your express consent and acknowledgement of waiver of withdrawal rights).
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation will typically take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Digital Products (e.g., GenZone.ai Credits Packs)
No refund will be issued if any portion of a credit pack has been used to generate or modify content. We do not offer partial or pro - rata refunds for used credit packs.
You generally have 4 calendar days from the date of the transaction to apply for a refund for an unused credit pack, provided no credits from that pack have been consumed and provided services have not been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (as applicable under EU consumer rights).
